PGIM Real Estate, which is headquartered in Madison, New Jersey, comes in at a close second. The company has over $50 billion in real estate assets under management and is one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world. Brookfield Properties, which is based in Toronto, rounds out the top three. The company owns and operates some of the most iconic real estate properties in the world, including the World Financial Center in New York City.
